Japanese Teacher – Starting 2020

Located in Toorak, St Catherine’s School, one of Australia’s leading girls Schools, is seeking an experienced Senior School Japanese Teacher on a Part Time, Parental leave Contract for 2020.Candidates must be innovative and capable of imparting to students a love of learning of the Japanese language, culture and literature. The Japanese Teacher will have strong ICT skills and be able to utilise multimedia and ICT to enhance student learning of Japanese. A sound knowledge of contemporary pedagogy, a willingness to support the School’s curriculum framework and experience in curriculum development are also key requirements of the successful applicant.The successful applicant will have previous experience teaching Japanese from Year 7 to VCE and possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
