Speech and Drama Tutor – Casual

St Catherine’s School, located in Toorak, has an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Speech and Drama Tutor commencing Term 3, 2020.The role would involve delivering Speech and Drama instruction (Trinity Guildhall Syllabus) to Junior and Senior School students on an individual and group basis, as well as running the Year 3 and Year 4 Co-Curricular Drama Clubs.To be successful to interview, you must demonstrate the following in your previous experience:An willingness to liaise with parents in relation to their daughter’s progress and timetable.Ability to bring a wealth of knowledge of both Drama Performance and Drama Education.Have the capacity to utilise a diverse range of teaching pedagogy.Be comfortable working positively and collaboratively in teams.Applicants must have current Working with Children Check or Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.Written applications addressing the role requirements, including contact details of three referees, should be emailed to Jasmine Taylor, Human Resources Manager by Friday 5th June 2020 via applications@stcatherines.net.auSt Catherine’s School is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children by providing a child safe environment.
