About us St Catherine’s School, Toorak, is one of Australia’s leading independent girls schools, fostering in students curiosity, perseverance, integrity and empathy.About the Role We are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Art Technician on a limited tenure basis for 2021 to provide support to our Junior School and Senior School Art programs. ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve the preparation and ordering of materials, management of resources, and general administration.Candidates must possess a working knowledge of the use of Visual Arts equipment, such as kilns, as well as a strong understanding of Visual Arts techniques. Digital media knowledge is advantageous.Working knowledge of OHS practices as they apply to Visual Arts facilities is desirableApplicants must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be a team player.
