Digital Fundraising Administrator (Part Time)

Located in Toorak we have an opportunity for a highly skilled Administration Assistant to join our team.This role is a Part time, ongoing position with flexibility on hours.The Digital Fundraising Assistant will:  Provide high level administrative support to the Advancement Office with a key focus on Foundation and fundraising events,Coordinate the gift-handling processMaintain quality fundraising data to the highest standard.Assist with preparation and maintenance of all documentation related to the promotion of the Foundation Board, Capital Campaign and Annual Giving, including the Foundation web pagesAssist with the preparation of sub-committee Minutes and papersAssist with the preparation of data for reporting purposesPrepare and maintain event management records, guest lists and guest bios for distribution to key stakeholders, including the Principal, Foundation and Council members and executive volunteers.Coordinate event follow through communications, including event satisfaction surveys and report on results to the team.To be successful candidates must demonstrate:Excellent administrative, database management and organisational skillsAbility to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner, as well as with high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong mind for procedures and protocols, and ability to work within and help develop an effective and established frameworkStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at all timesPositive attitude to workAbility to work collaboratively and supportively in a team environmentWillingness to uphold the ethos and values of the School at all times.Recruitment Information AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations CBD & Inner Suburbs Toorak 3142
