Our aim is to be a truly inclusive, and caring school where both students and staff are supported and encouraged to flourish in the St Catherine's School environment.  About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a results-driven Director of Marketing & Community Engagement to join the Executive Team at St Catherine's School.This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to drive future growth, elevate brand awareness, and strengthen community connections. Reporting to the Principal and Director of Business, the successful candidate will shape and deliver strategic marketing, enrolment, community engagement and philanthropic initiatives that reflect the School's values, traditions, and strategic direction.As a key ambassador for the School's brand and community, the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement will lead the areas of Marketing, Admissions, Community Engagement and Advancement with clarity, creativity, and purpose.
