About the Role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Head Coach of Netball to join our School community in Term 2, 2025.

In this key role, reporting to the Director of Sport, the successful candidate will inspire students' passion for netball through engaging, strategic, and skills-based coaching that fosters teamwork, resilience, and a deep understanding of the game.

The role is on a part-time basis and will require attendance at training sessions and weekend games.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require: 

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in netball coaching and managing.
• Development Coach Accreditation.
• Demonstrated experience managing a netball program, including the ability to strategically plan, monitor and evaluate programs whilst managing a cohort of coaches.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor beginner coaches and progress coaches through a recognised coaching pathway.
• Demonstrated experience and success in leading teams, managing inductions, conducting coach training and providing coach performance feedback.
• A thorough and practical understanding of current trends and professional practices in coaching principles and netball development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Police Record Check.
• Working with Children Check or registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
